Bad Dog Jelly & Ale-8 One BBQ Sauce Meatballs
This super simple and easy dish is great for any holiday party! Just throw the ingredients into a slow cooker on low for 3-4 hours and you are good to go- this recipe also doubles well for those extra-large crowds!
ingredients
1 bag of home-style frozen meatballs (not Italian)
1 & 1/2 jars of Mango Habanero Bad Dog Jelly
1 & 1/2 bottles of Ale-8 One BBQ Sauce
We like to use Mango Habanero for our meatballs but you can use any Bad Dog Jelly that you want- we sell a variety of flavors!

Apple 8 Dumplings
If you need a quick and easy dessert to bring to Thanksgiving or Christmas, This recipe is a huge hit at any gathering!
ingredients
1 – 12 ounce bottle of Ale-8-One
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 rolls of crescent rolls
2 sticks of butter
4 apples
DIRECTIONS
Preparation:
preheat oven to 375 degrees
cut apples into 4 pieces -16 total pieces
wrap each piece of apple in a crescent roll
place in baking pan
melt butter in saucepan
add sugar and cinnamon
heat to small boil
pour heated sauce over apples
pour Ale-8-One over apples
bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Recipe of the Season – Beer Syrup Candied Bacon
Beer Syrup is sold at Blooms
Ingredients
1/2 cup Beer Syrup – any flavor *sold at Blooms
1 lb Thick Cut Bacon
Wire rack to bake and cool
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay the bacon on a wire rack set on a baking sheet. Cook for 15 minutes and remove from oven to flip the bacon. Cook for an additional 10 minutes and then remove to glaze both sides of bacon with Beer Syrup. Return bacon to oven and cook to your preferred level of crispy. Remove bacon and glaze both sizes before placing on a wire cooling rack, allowing bacon to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
Pro Tip: Chop up the Beer Candied Bacon and use as a topping for ice cream or mix it into your waffle, cookie, or brownie batter for the savory and sweet lover in all of us.
